S4-3.2 R - fashionable stripes and high performance for basic fabrics with a single machine.  

 

The S4-3.2 R knits fashionable striped fabrics with up to 6 colours across 1.6 feeders/inch. It is also equipped with the well proven MCT striper technology. The clever mechanical operation sequence is absolutely reliable, with minimum maintenance requirements. Ideal conditions for modern striped fabrics in top quality and high productivity.   

 

What is new here is a previously unheard flexibility: the striper non-knit feeders can simply be replaced with knitting feeders, immediately giving you 3.2 feeders/inch for basic single jersey fabrics. A machine for fashionable striped fabrics and for high performance single jersey output without stripes, in 2 or 4 needle structures and plated single jersey! Up to 4 needle types for each of 3 needle positions give you even greater room for manoeuvre.

 

The fast gauge change which marks all S4 machines offers greater flexibility. Particularly efficient: the striper units do not need to be removed any more.
