For more than 2 years Mayer & Cie. has been going new ways in order to create a closer proximity to the customers. For that reason a competence team consisting of the Service Managers of the most important circular knitting machinery markets as well as the specialists at MCT was formed. This committee comes together several times per year in order to discuss among this group solutions to technical problems as well as product developments or also new developments of circular knitting machines.
The cooperation of this international group with the divisions: Service, Design, R & D and Sales is outstanding and has already led to numerous improvements and optimizations.
